Responsibilities

Oversight of operational Budget for 5 OMFS locations, including capital budget requests and follow through
Direct Supervision of OMFS Practice Manager and Billing Manager
Track and report on KPIs, including revenue cycle metrics, RVUs, payer mix, and expense trends
Primary Timekeeper for department including residents and physicians
Approver of all Workday requests through purchasing as well as employee reimbursements
Responsible for all check requests reimbursements
Responsible for tracking special purpose gift funds
Liaison with Jefferson marketing
Collaborate with finance, billing, and compliance teams to improve reimbursement and reduce denials
Liaison with Jefferson supply chain leadership to ensure OMFS vendors are paid in a timely fashion
Develop and implement operational protocols, performance standards, and process improvements
Onboarding/offboarding of OMFS attendings
Manage CLIA, DOH and Radiation Producing machine Certificates
Support department-wide strategic planning, including program expansion, space utilization, and business case development
Ensure adherence to institutional policies and external regulations (HIPAA, OSHA, Joint Commission, AAOMS, CMS, etc.)
All other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business, Nursing, or related field required
Minimum 7 years in a healthcare setting with management responsibilities
