Responsibilities
Assist in mapping and improving business processes across teams, with guidance from senior staff
Contribute to a customer-focused culture by building effective, role-appropriate relationships across departments
Help translate business needs into clear, actionable process or product recommendations
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to support the delivery of solutions that enhance the patient experience and business performance
Participate in identifying and structuring solutions to operational challenges using data and process improvement tools
Support risk awareness and project clarity through clear communication and thoughtful questioning
Contribute to cross-functional and strategic initiatives as needed
Support special projects and initiatives as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; advanced degree a plus
2+ years' experience in top-tier technology, biotech, life sciences consulting, or related industries
Demonstrated ability to work directly with senior executives, effectively challenge assumptions, and manage project risks
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to distill and communicate complex information clearly
A growth mindset, curiosity, and a bias for action are essential
Preferred
Strategy and/or management consulting experience strongly preferred; life sciences focus a plus
Prior experience in medical technology, specialty pharmaceuticals, or durable medical equipment industries strongly preferred
Experience in a multinational corporate environment is a plus
