Responsibilities
Program and set up Mill/Turn machines using CAD/CAM software
Program CNC vertical milling machines as needed
Improve machining processes to reduce cycle time, scrap, and rework
Select tooling, feeds, speeds, and fixturing for precision parts
Interpret blueprints, GD&T, and engineering drawings
Troubleshoot Machining and process issues on the shop floor
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
Train and support machine operators
Work closely with production, quality, and leadership teams to meet industry standards
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience programming Mill/Turn machines for complex parts
Ability to take apart from concept to stable production process
Experience with CAD/CAM software (Mill/Turn focus required)
Strong understanding of machining principles, GD&T, and blueprint reading
Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset
Team-oriented, reliable, and proactive work style
Preferred
CNC vertical milling programming experience preferred
Experience in aerospace and/or medical manufacturing environments
