Call Center Sales Coach and Trainer

PNC Ai utilizes cutting-edge artificial intelligence advancements to significantly enhance the efficiency of call center agents. The Sales Coach and Trainer will design and deliver sales coaching sessions and training programs to improve team performance and meet organizational goals.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver sales coaching sessions and training programs tailored to improve team performance and meet organizational goals
Develop personalized coaching plans
Provide feedback to enhance communication and sales skills
Monitor team progress and drive consistent improvement in sales effectiveness
Select 5 agents each weekday and review 5 calls made by each agent
Conduct a 30 minute Gmeet training session with each agent (5 training sessions, with 5 different agents, each weekday)
Ongoing monitoring of agent performance to validate effectiveness of coaching sessions

Required

Strong expertise in Sales Coaching and Coaching techniques to mentor and guide individuals and teams effectively
Proficiency in designing and delivering Sales Trainings and Training programs
Exceptional Communication skills to engage teams and foster collaboration
Proven ability to motivate and develop others to achieve performance goals
Experience in a sales environment and prior training or coaching roles is a plus
Problem-solving mindset and strong organizational skills
This individual will have a strong background in phone sales and call center sales management, with legal intake experience being invaluable

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
