Responsibilities
Collaborate with business leaders, SMEs, and technical partners to gather and document business and system requirements
Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and design documentation using DoIT-approved tools
Document, trace, prioritize, and manage changes to business processes and workflows
Support smaller initiatives by acting as a Project Manager or QA Analyst when needed
Research, analyze data, and recommend solutions to improve systems and processes
Maintain accurate project documentation including status, risks, issues, and timelines
Work within an Agile delivery framework, adapting quickly to changing priorities
Participate in database and forms analysis as required
Qualification
Required
8+ years working on large, complex IT systems
8+ years eliciting requirements, writing user stories/design documents, defining acceptance criteria, and facilitating stakeholder communication
8+ years experience with SDLC methodologies
8+ years managing stakeholder expectations and priorities
8+ years working within formal project governance structures
Strong multitasking and task management skills in cross-functional environments
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines simultaneously
8+ years experience with Microsoft development platforms and tools
6+ years working in an Agile environment
5+ years using ALM tools such as Azure DevOps, TFS/VSTS, Jira, or RTC
5+ years working with SQL Server Management Studio or other relational databases
3+ years familiarity with data modeling, information management, or architecture analysis
Bachelor's degree in MIS, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred
Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience in public sector or government IT environments
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio)
