Responsibilities
Merchandising beauty assortment for IPSY's full size programs (Extra & Ultimate), as well as Add-Ons
Creating subcategory and brand plans for upcoming years with Planning team
Collaborate with Creative on upcoming years monthly themes and how they tie back to product, packaging, formulas, trends, and ingredients
Complete all cross-functional marketing tasks to support that product booked is marketed effectively to members
Establish and monitor KPIs for quality and performance
Qualification
Required
Required to go in Pembroke Pines office on Tuesdays (minimum 1x per week)
Experience in the beauty / cosmetic wholesale industry with an extreme passion for beauty, trends, insights
Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical abilities (to an executive level)
Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to proactively handle a multitude of projects at one time
Highly collaborative & passionate team player with a positive & professional attitude
Preferred
Experience with specialty retailers such as Sephora / Ulta
