Responsibilities
This role will provide temporary support for the Change Management Office (CMO)
This consultant will ensure continuity of change initiatives, strengthen OCM practices, and build internal capability across our client’s business units and IT project teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred with 7+ years of OCM or related experience, including large‑scale transformation work
Hands‑on experience leading change for major SaaS/Cloud ERP implementations
Proven ability to conduct change impact analysis, readiness assessments, and develop communication and training strategies
Experience building or maturing an OCM practice, including frameworks, toolkits, and governance processes
Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence across academic, administrative, leadership, and IT groups
Familiarity with ACMP, Prosci, ITIL, Agile/Scrum, or similar methodologies
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
Preferred
Experience with Workday implementations
Familiarity with emerging technologies and best practices in ERP
Relevant certifications such as ACMP, PROSCI
