Social Media Insights Manager

Responsibilities
Analyze social performance and conversation data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that inform optimization of content, creators, and brand storytelling
Translate data into clear, actionable insights by developing simple, visual, and compelling narratives that guide decisionmaking for social marketers and stakeholders
Provide strategic recommendations that help teams understand what is working, why it’s working, and how to improve future performance
Define and maintain social media measurement frameworks by ensuring data is tracked accurately, metrics are clearly defined, and social performance is measured consistently across organic, creator, and listening workstreams
Partner crossfunctionally with social marketing, brand, analytics, and platform teams to continuously improve data quality, tagging, and tooling
Enable insight adoption by contributing to the development of dashboards, reporting tools, AI solutions and documentation that support selfserve learning while elevating the overall analytics maturity of social teams
Qualification
Required
Master's Degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Economics or related field AND 3+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis
OR Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Economics or related field AND 4+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis
OR equivalent experience
Preferred
Master's Degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Economics or related field AND 6+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis
OR Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Economics or related field AND 8+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis
OR equivalent experience
4+ years of experience in social media analytics, digital analytics, marketing analytics, or a closely related insights role
Experience analyzing social media performance data and communicating insights to nontechnical audiences
Experience with consumer social data, paid & organic, campaign reporting, audience research
Mastery of social platforms, analytics, listening, or reporting tools (Sprinklr, Tubular, Pulsar, PowerBI) and KPI frameworks
