Responsibilities
Resolve escalated support tickets while maintaining strong client communication
Administer Windows servers, networks, firewalls, and Microsoft 365 environments
Troubleshoot infrastructure, virtualization, and connectivity issues
Maintain backups, patching, monitoring, and security controls
Participate in client onboarding by documenting environments and improving systems
Support and contribute to infrastructure and security projects from planning to completion
Rotate through paid on-call coverage once fully trained (typically one weekend every 4–6 weeks)
Work alongside senior engineers on higher-level initiatives including cloud migrations and security upgrades
Qualification
Required
3+ years of combined Help Desk / Systems Administration experience
U.S. Citizenship is required due to client requirements
Preferred
Enjoys customer interaction but wants to grow technically
Is tired of being siloed and wants exposure to engineering projects
Values structure, accountability, and continuous learning
Wants a long-term career path, not just a job title
