Responsibilities
Analyze and understand business processes to identify system requirements and improvement opportunities
Design and implement cost-effective business system solutions aligned with organizational goals
Participate in programming, product development, and support for new and existing applications, systems, and interfaces
Lead and contribute to IT projects across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Research, evaluate, and recommend technical solutions based on system capabilities, technology availability, and desired outcomes
Prepare proposals, documentation, and recommendations for management and end users
Provide backup support for other IT functions as needed
Perform additional duties based on workload and business needs
Occasional travel up to 10% may be required
Qualification
Required
Strong aptitude for learning, documenting, and implementing business systems policies and procedures
Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively
Strong analytical, mathematical, and reading comprehension skills
Familiarity with relational database technologies (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office (including Microsoft Access)
Preferred
Associate's degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field
Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered
