They are seeking a highly organized contract partner to support Merchandising Operations by building and maintaining a centralized Airtable-based process hub, ensuring clarity and operational excellence across workflows.

Responsibilities
Own and evolve the Airtable base as the central Merchandising Operations hub
Structure the hub to clearly reflect all key milestones with proper detail and context
Maintain a comprehensive and accurate project and initiative list
Ensure Airtable functions as the single source of truth
Create intuitive layouts and navigation for ease of use
Maintain a clearly structured calendar of milestones and gates
Document all gates with purpose, requirements, and timing
Provide direct links to key folders, tools, and resources tied to each milestone
Track projects using Gantt-style timelines and dashboards
Maintain project status indicators, milestones, and dependencies
Keep all timelines and progress current and visible to leadership and partners
Provide operational support to Business Integration Leads for milestones owned by Merchandising
Support cross-functional meeting coordination and logistics
Own and maintain distribution lists and invites
Ensure strong communication, follow-through, and process hygiene
Regularly update content to reflect process or timeline changes
Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
Partner with teams to continuously improve usability and effectiveness of the hub
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in Merchandising Operations, Marketing Operations, or Business Operations
Expert-level proficiency in Airtable (complex workflows, automations, dashboards)
Strong understanding of merchandising and product lifecycle processes
Proven experience in process documentation and operational optimization
Preferred
Experience with line planning and assortment tools
Exposure to merchandising moments and milestone events (invite & list management)
Prior experience within merchandising or retail operations teams
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and solve problems in fast-paced environments
