Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of transitional and structured first mortgage and mezzanine loans
Lead loan workouts, restructurings, modifications, and resolutions
Oversee REO assets from business planning through disposition
Partner with Capital Markets, Originations, Finance, and Investor Relations teams
Drive asset-level strategy, forecasting, and performance optimization
Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and investors
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in CRE debt asset management or originations
Strong background in loan workouts, restructurings, and complex structures
Advanced financial modeling skills (Excel and Argus)
Experience with large balance loans ($100M+) and transitional assets
Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
