Order & Procurement Coordinator

APR Consulting is seeking an Order & Procurement Coordinator who will manage customer orders from receipt to delivery and ensure timely procurement of goods and services. This role serves as a link between customers, sales, suppliers, and internal teams to guarantee accuracy and efficiency throughout the supply chain.

Responsibilities

Receive, process, and confirm customer orders accurately
Enter orders into the system and verify pricing, quantities, and delivery dates
Communicate with customers about order status, delays, or changes
Resolve order discrepancies, returns, or complaints
Maintain clear documentation of all orders and transactions, creating purchase orders (PO’s) and corresponding invoices
Source products and materials from approved suppliers
Prepare and issue purchase orders based on customer demand and stock levels
Negotiate prices, delivery times, and terms with suppliers when needed
Track purchase orders and ensure on-time delivery
Manage supplier relationships and performance
Monitor inventory levels and anticipate replenishment needs
Coordinate with warehouse or logistics teams for receiving and shipping
Ensure alignment between customer orders and available stock
Update systems with accurate inventory and procurement data
Maintain accurate records of orders, purchases, and supplier information
Prepare basic reports on order volume, procurement costs, and delivery performance
Support audits and compliance with company procedures

Required

Experience in order processing, procurement, or supply chain coordination
