Responsibilities
Partner with managers to drive consistency in all people related process, support organizational change, enhance leadership capabilities, and deliver impactful HR programs
Act as a trusted advisor and internal coach to managers, championing associate advocacy and a positive workplace culture
Ensure compliance with Luxembourgish labor law, works council requirements, and Goodyear HR policies
Oversee core HR processes, employee relations, and transactional HR activities for the assigned client group
Support talent management, succession planning, and capability building initiatives in collaboration with HR teams
Navigate engagement efforts, helping to foster an inclusive, high-performing, and agile culture
Analyze trends and insights to provide proactive solutions that support both the business and associates
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) with a strong foundation in HR or business
5+ years of HR generalist experience in a fast-paced, client-facing role
Expertise in coaching, consulting, and influencing mid- to senior level managers
Strong understanding of labor laws, employee relations, and HR compliance in Luxembourg
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and emotional intelligence skills
Fluency in English and French, with the ability to navigate complex conversations with confidence
