Responsibilities

Own and manage programs across a variety of initiatives and timelines
Drive continuous improvement and identify areas of opportunity for expanded services within people programs
Diagnose organizational challenges, see patterns of problems, and dive deep to recommend both immediate fixes and long-term programmatic solutions
Have a bias for action, excellent attention to detail, relentless commitment to follow-through, and remove roadblocks
Be able to multi-task and handle multiple projects simultaneously to drive timely results, prioritize effectively and facilitate action across multiple groups
Convey ideas and recommendations in a clear, compelling, and succinct way in written and verbal communications
Demonstrate talent for influencing without authority to drive stakeholders, teams, and resources toward delivery of cross-functional project goals and impactful results
Earn trust and maintain key relationships with HR partners to avoid duplication of efforts and drive global engagement on key initiatives
Look around corners on behalf of the customer to identify opportunities to build/communicate where there is not central guidance
Analyze data and understand key people metrics that drive decisions and measure the impact of the work we do

Required

5+ years of program or project management experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Experience as an HR business partner or experience in an HR functional area including but not limited to generalist HR, Talent Management, or Recruiting

Preferred

2+ years of driving process improvements experience
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to measure program success
Strong written communication skills
Deep understanding of the employee lifecycle and HR functions
Specialized background in HR programs
