Senior Product Manager

Confidential Company is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy and execution of their technology platforms. This role involves delivering scalable, data-driven product solutions while partnering with various teams to optimize operations and enhance customer experiences.

Responsibilities

Define and own the product vision and roadmap for technology and supporting platforms
Partner with executive leadership to align product strategy with revenue growth, margin optimization, service levels, and scalability goals
Identify opportunities to automate manual workflows, improve data visibility, and enhance system performance
Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery through delivery and continuous improvement
Translate business needs from Sales, Operations, Carrier Procurement, Pricing, and Finance into clear product requirements and user stories
Partner with engineering teams, third-party vendors, and system integrators to design, build, test, and launch new functionality
Ensure solutions support high-volume transactional environments typical of the company’s fast pace
Drive user engagement, adoption, and change management for technology across sales, carrier, and operational teams
Improve workflows related to load lifecycle management, carrier sourcing, pricing, tendering, tracking, billing, and settlement
Act as the primary product subject matter expert for brokerage systems and processes
Manage relationships with third-party technology providers, data partners, and AI vendors
Oversee integrations with carrier systems, tracking, pricing, and accounting platforms
Evaluate and onboard new tools that enhance capacity, pricing intelligence, visibility, and automation
Define KPIs to measure product performance, adoption, system reliability, and business impact
Validate and maximize ROI for technology investments through ongoing analysis and optimization
Leverage operational, pricing, and capacity data to inform product prioritization and roadmap decisions
Identify and champion innovative solutions leveraging automation, AI, and advanced analytics to improve brokerage efficiency and margins
Present product insights, tradeoffs, and recommendations to senior leadership
Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance product culture

Required

5+ years of product management experience owning complex, enterprise-scale platforms
3+ years of experience within a logistics environment
Deep understanding of workflows, including carrier sourcing, pricing, operations, and financial settlement
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver measurable business outcomes
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field; Master's degree preferred
Experience with proprietary or highly customized TMS platforms
Exposure to AI, automation, or data-driven decision support in logistics environments
Experience mentoring or leading product teams
