Assistant Escrow Officer
LHH is seeking an Escrow Administrative Specialist to join their residential escrow team. This role involves performing a wide range of administrative duties to support the escrow process, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of transactions.

Responsibilities
Open escrow orders, input closing statement information, and prepare documents for closing
Handle the complete disbursement and follow-up of all escrow transactions
Review and reconcile documents within closing packages to ensure accuracy
Interpret agreements as they relate to closings and prepare all required transaction documents
Communicate requirements and information clearly to clients
Receive, sort, and manage mail via FedEx, UPS, and USPS
Stack and organize closing packages and various closing documents
Ship packages to collateral warehouse, lenders, and borrowers as needed
Perform data entry and tasking in escrow systems
Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and a positive service attitude during all interactions
Support increased volume periods and overtime, especially at month-end
Qualification
Required
Customer service skills and strong problem-solving ability
Excellent organizational skills and detail orientation
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with company or client operating systems
Ability to maintain professionalism and a positive attitude under pressure
Comfortable working 100% onsite and handling increased workload during peak periods
