Responsibilities
Collaborate with senior consultants on power and energy studies
Design and simulate power systems using advanced modeling tools
Conduct independent research and apply innovative techniques
Prepare high-quality technical reports and client presentations
Participate in customer meetings and provide technical insights
Support process improvements and business development initiatives
Ensure compliance with internal and external standards and guidelines
Contribute to a culture of safety, integrity, and continuous learning
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 3+ years of experience, or Master's degree with 1+ year of experience, or PhD in a related field
Experience with power system simulation tools (PSS/E, PSCAD, MATLAB, ETAP, CYME, or similar)
Strong technical writing and presentation skills
Ability to work both independently and within collaborative teams
Preferred
Experience with AI/ML applications in power systems
Knowledge of transmission planning and renewable integration
