Responsibilities
Analyze complex datasets and execute large-volume data corrections
Accurately document system configurations and operational processes
Act as a key subject matter expert across Core HR, Compensation, Workforce Management, Time and Absence, and related modules
Lead major data quality improvement initiatives across the employee population while ensuring system accuracy, stability, and alignment with business needs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline; Candidates may also qualify with equivalent experience, such as 4+ years in HRIS or People Technology roles in place of a degree
At least two years of direct, hands-on experience working with Oracle Fusion HCM in a live production setting
Practical expertise with key Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Compensation, and Workforce Management
Proven background supporting large-scale data remediation, cleanup efforts, or data migration activities within enterprise systems
