Responsibilities

Serves as a Payroll team subject matter expert and ensures compliance on all payroll-related matters in addition to answering inquiries from employees, HR, Finance, Legal entities, or Others

Performs a wide variety of Payroll processing activities for the US and Canada including: approving final registers for Weekly/Semi-monthly pay groups, knowledge of eTime T&A system, processing wage garnishments, liens, managing bonus uploads, ad hoc wage and severance payments, and preparing and recommending off cycle payments for Wisely cards

Assists Payroll Manager and team in the comprehensive creation of SOWs with payroll provider and other vendors when needed for special projects and initiatives
