Global Connected Services Product Manager
CNH Industrial is a company dedicated to innovation and sustainability in agriculture and construction. They are seeking a Global Connected Services Product Manager to drive the strategy, roadmap, delivery, and adoption of Connected Services for Construction Equipment customers worldwide, ensuring seamless integration of various systems and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
Lead global delivery of connected services for Construction, partnering with cross-functional agile teams
Own product strategy, roadmap, and backlog driven by customer, dealer, and market needs
Execute go-to-market activities including pilots, launches, training, and dealer enablement
Ensure quality and integration across IoT, APIs, telematics, and data platforms
Serve as business owner for the customer portal, driving feature delivery, adoption, and performance
Establish data governance and partner with IT to optimize data pipelines
Deliver executive-level dashboards and KPI reporting using Azure and Power BI
Communicate effectively with global stakeholders and support change adoption
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree related to Technology, Leadership Project Manager or equivalent
5+ years of relevant Product Management experience
Familiarity with machine data analytics and uptime service models
Proven ability to coordinate global teams across regions and cultures
Preferred
Background in Connected Services / telematics product management
Experience in digital customer portals, TSP (Telematics Service Portal), MyServiceHub, or similar ecosystems
Previous experience working within an IT Development team or project
