Responsibilities

Scope projects, develop budgets, and prepare bid packages
Conduct contractor walk‑downs, oversee construction activities, and support field execution
Manage project lifecycle: scoping → bidding → execution → closeout
Ensure drawings, permits, and documentation are updated/compliant
Collaborate with plant operations, environmental teams, and construction supervisors

Required

Experience with brownfield/greenfield environments, landfill management, water resources, and construction management
3–5 years engineering/project management experience

Valid driver's license required; must use personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
Civil engineering strongly preferred
