Responsibilities
Build and maintain a centralized repository for all customer contracts
Review, redline, and manage commercial agreements including MSAs, SOWs, renewals, and amendments
Track key contract terms (renewals, notice periods, pricing structures, risk clauses, obligations)
Identify and escalate legal, financial, and operational risk
Develop repeatable, scalable contract workflows and internal guidelines
Partner with Sales and Finance on pre- and post-sales contract support
Coordinate with external legal counsel on complex or high-risk agreements
Educate internal stakeholders on contract processes and risk indicators
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or a related role
Strong experience reviewing and redlining customer-facing commercial contracts
Comfort operating as an individual contributor who owns outcomes end-to-end
Experience improving or building processes (not just maintaining them)
Ability to influence cross-functional partners without formal authority
High attention to detail paired with practical business judgment
Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, or a related field
Preferred
Paralegal or legal-adjacent experience is a plus, but not required
