Responsibilities
Manage collections of outstanding invoices, maintaining positive and professional client relationships
Collaborate closely with onshore and offshore collections teams, as well as the cash application team
Analyze past due client trends to identify risk levels and root causes of non-payment
Assist in developing, implementing, and documenting procedures and process improvements for collections and reporting functions
Perform analysis and create reports to support team objectives
Ensure strict compliance with all corporate policies and SOX procedures
Support the offshore Collections team with feedback and guidance
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, finance, or a related field
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
Proven ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on teamwork
High degree of professionalism and attention to detail
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (a strong plus)
Prior experience with reporting, analytics, or project-based work
Familiarity with Oracle or similar ERP systems
Experience with other Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook)
