Senior Account Executive
i2Vision, Inc. is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join their client services team. This role involves managing assigned accounts and projects, ensuring effective communication and execution from inception to delivery while working independently and proactively with limited oversight.

Responsibilities
Initiate, support, and drive the full project lifecycle across internal teams, clients, and external partners—from proposals and briefs, scopes and timelines, stakeholder coordination and management, meetings and reviews, and ultimately, execution and delivery
Be the champion of assigned accounts by fostering & maintaining robust partnerships across stakeholders, conducting regular needs assessments to proactively identify opportunities & risks, setting and managing expectations, and ensuring open lines of communication across teams
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to lead all facets of project planning and tracking, ensuring punctual execution of high-quality deliverables while remaining adherent to budget, hours, and scope
Lead or support internal/external engagements (eg, meetings, statuses, reviews) with detailed recaps and client contact reports containing key takeaways, prioritized action items, and follow-ups
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of relevant disease states, market landscapes, competitive dynamics, and industry trends, as it pertains to assigned accounts, to maximize i2Vision’s ability to best service client needs
Contribute to i2Vision’s continued growth and culture by developing a strong command of agency capabilities and expertise, supporting business development initiatives, driving thought leadership, and mentoring junior team members
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from accredited institution required
≥4 years of experience in agency (marketing/advertising, communications), consulting, or related industries (pharmaceuticals, biotech, healthcare) required
An agile, creative, and strategic thinker with a solutions-oriented attitude
Excellent communication (written and verbal), presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strong sense of ownership and accountability
Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team
Exceptional administrative capabilities, organization, and attention to detail
Able to multitask and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Proficient in MS Office products, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Ability to travel (US & International) as needed for client engagements
Preferred
Background in life/health sciences (eg, biology, chemistry etc.) strongly preferred
Experience in Account Management or Client Services strongly preferred
HCP, eye care & ophthalmology, and launch experience preferred
Familiarity with MLR/PRC processes is preferred
