Responsibilities
Own development and execution of a comprehensive external communications strategy that strengthens visibility with media, industry influencers, investors, and broader market audiences
Serve as a senior advisor to executive leadership on narrative, positioning, messaging, and amplification across periods of routine engagement and high-stakes moments
Lead media relations, corporate storytelling, executive visibility, thought leadership platforms, and proactive content that reflects the sophistication and impact of the organization
Build and manage a high-performing team, establishing best practices, metrics, and cross-functional partnerships with internal stakeholders (e.g., Legal, HR, Business Units)
Drive alignment across strategic initiatives, earning credibility in complex technical and regulatory environments
Qualification
Required
15+ years of external communications experience, ideally with deep expertise in strategic media, reputation management, executive positioning, and narrative development
A proven record advising senior leaders and driving measurable impact in sophisticated, high-integrity sectors
Exceptional written and verbal communicator with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives
Strong judgment, poise under pressure, and comfort engaging with media, industry analysts, and executive audiences
Experience building, mentoring, and scaling a communications team
