Marketing Manager B2B SaaS
IntegrityNext is seeking a Marketing Manager SaaS B2B for North America, focusing on the U.S. enterprise market. This role involves collaborating with a multi-functional marketing team to drive demand generation, manage email marketing programs, and execute events aimed at acquiring customers and growing the pipeline.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the broader marketing team to design, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns targeting U.S.-based enterprise decision-makers in procurement, supply chain, sustainability, compliance, and risk
Own and contribute to email marketing programs (nurture, ABM, event promotion, lifecycle campaigns), working closely with marketing operations and content teams to drive performance
Lead Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives for named U.S. enterprise accounts in close partnership with sales and fellow marketers
Support opportunity creation and acceleration through coordinated campaigns, content, and sales enablement assets
Partner with content and operations colleagues to plan and execute webinars, in-person & virtual events, and executive briefings for the North American market
Contribute to event promotion, audience targeting, registration performance, and post-event follow-up
Work with internal subject-matter experts and external vendors to deliver high-quality, well-coordinated events
Collaborate on measuring and reporting event impact on pipeline and revenue
Collaborate with teammates to identify and support strategic North American partnerships (technology partners, advisory firms, industry associations, media, etc)
Participate in co-marketing initiatives, joint webinars, and partner-driven demand generation efforts
Work with marketing operations and analytics colleagues to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI
Have a clear understanding of digital marketing efforts, including online advertising, SEO, & GEO
Use data to test, learn, and optimize messaging, channels, and tactics in partnership with the team
Contribute to a scalable, repeatable go-to-market motion supported by strong processes and tools
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably targeting U.S. enterprise buyers
Proven experience contributing to and owning email marketing campaigns with measurable pipeline impact
Hands-on exposure to ABM strategies and enterprise sales alignment
Experience supporting or managing in-person and digital events
Strong technical comfort working with CRM and marketing automation platforms
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and inform decisions
Team-oriented, collaborative approach to marketing execution
Comfortable owning initiatives while partnering closely with peers
Organized, execution-focused, and detail-oriented
Creative and curious, with a willingness to test and iterate
Confident working cross-functionally with sales and senior stakeholders
Interested in regulatory, geopolitical, and sustainability trends affecting U.S. supply chains
Preferred
Experience in SaaS, technology, procurement, supply chain, ESG/Sustainability, risk, or compliance strongly preferred
