Qualification
Required
Experience and knowledge in Loan Origination, the Mortgage Industry, and Mortgage Lending practices
Proficiency in Underwriting processes and related documentation
Exceptional Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Strong organizational and communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail
Current mortgage licensure in the state of Missouri or the ability to obtain licensure prior to employment
Preferred
Previous experience in a sales or real estate-related role is a plus
