Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end receiving process for all inbound material
Verify all incoming material against purchase orders for quantity, part number, revision, and condition
Ensure receivers are processed same day and transmitted accurately to Accounting
Establish standard work for discrepancies, shortages, damage, and nonconformances
Maintain real-time visibility of material in QC and drive rapid disposition
Own cycle count strategy, execution cadence, and root-cause correction
Eliminate systemic inventory errors through process correction, not recounting
Ensure jobs are closed accurately and on time
Enforce BOM-driven material release discipline
Design and maintain warehouse layout and storage logic
Control packaging standards for internal production use
Own the flow of gun build boxes and kits into production
Ensure internal movement supports takt and flow
Own outbound shipping accuracy and timeliness
Implement error-proofing to prevent shipment mistakes
Coordinate with Production and Purchasing to avoid last-minute expedites
Lead CI initiatives across all warehouse processes
Implement standard work, visual management, and performance tracking
Train and develop warehouse staff for disciplined execution
Scale warehouse throughput at least 2x without doubling headcount
Reduce total material handling time year over year
Support higher mix, higher volume, and tighter delivery windows
Establish the warehouse as a scalable execution engine
