Strong domain expertise in HR, Audit, Workplace, Procurement, or Global Security
Deep understanding of end to end business processes and workflow optimization
Proven experience in business consulting, process design, or ServiceNow functional roles
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills—must be able to influence and collaborate at all levels
Ability to simplify complex problems and articulate clear, actionable recommendations
Qualification
Required
Strong domain expertise in HR, Audit, Workplace, Procurement, or Global Security

Proven experience in business consulting, process design, or ServiceNow functional roles
