Responsibilities
Improve and optimize manufacturing processes
Develop SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation
Support audits and answer quality/regulatory technical questions
Partner cross-functionally on continuous improvement initiatives
Perform root cause analysis and track KPIs
Qualification
Required
4–8 years of Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering experience
FAA Part 145 experience (required)
Strong mechanical background with some electrical exposure
Production floor experience (Aerospace a plus)
Comfortable onsite 5 days/week (occasional Saturday support)
Preferred
Oxygen, Pressure, or Life Support Systems experience
Lean / Six Sigma knowledge
