Perform job observations to identify wastes and recommend solutions for improvement
Perform line flow observations to identify bottlenecks and provide solutions for improvement
Participate in Continuous Improvement event
Assist Materials management in Kanban system improvements
All additional duties assigned by supervisor
Qualification
Required
Major study in: Industrial Engineering or Industrial Technology Engineering
Positive attitude with a desire to be hands-on
Willingness to participate in team project events
Ability to be self-directed at times
