The Bilingual HR Generalist role focuses on enhancing employee experience through employee relations, engagement initiatives, and retention strategies while supporting HR functions across the organization.

Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted Employee Relations partner
Conduct investigations and recommend corrective actions
Support HR department with Day-to-Day people responsibilities
Provide guidance on HR policies, performance management, and conflict resolution
Act as an Employee Advocate and Ambassador
Help support employee engagement, onboarding, and pulse surveys
Partner with leaders to interpret survey results and develop actionable engagement plans
Establish and manage a survey follow-up cadence
Lead engagement initiatives including recognition programs and company events
Analyze turnover and engagement data
Develop and implement targeted retention strategies
Prepare regular HR reports and insights
Maintain open communication with employees
Promote diversity, inclusion, and respect
Visit work locations and engage directly with employees
Reinforce ETE’s employment brand and values
Support performance reviews and development planning
Coach leaders on feedback and development
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required
Bilingual (Spanish) required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems
Preferred
3+ years of human resource management experience preferred. (Manufacturing experience a plus)
