Proficiency in Microsoft office programs
Prior knowledge of a POS system such as Toast
Solid understanding of restaurant-specific accounting, including food cost, beverage cost, COGS, and inventory tracking
Familiarity with sales tax, use tax, and local/state reporting requirements
High level of discretion when handling confidential financial and employee information
