The company is looking for talented robotics software developers to join their Fleet Management team to develop cutting-edge robotics technology for autonomous robotic systems, including design, implementation, and testing of algorithms.

Responsibilities
Design, implement, test and maintain software for autonomous fleet management, including task assignment, multi-agent motion planning and plan execution frameworks
Build robust interfaces between hardware and software for AMRs/AGVs
Optimize algorithms and implementation for scaling. Balance tradeoffs for production systems, for example, in battery management or AGV utilization
Write production-quality code that runs in near real-time. Deploy solutions in simulation and real-world environments
Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless communication between robots and enterprise platforms
Mentor junior developers and enforce best practices in software development
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field
4+ years of experience in robotics software development, industrial automation, or similar industry
Strong programming skills in C++ and Python
Expertise in robotics, motion planning, multi-agent coordination or real-time systems
Preferred
Background in multi-agent pathfinding or task assignment in lifelong and online domains
Experience with ROS/ROS2
Experience with real-time systems
