Sales Development Representative
Solved is building a disciplined outbound motion focused on quality conversations with founders. They are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative who can effectively engage with CEOs and book qualified meetings through structured conversations.

Responsibilities
Outbound calling to founders and CEOs at growth-stage companies ($2M–$15M revenue)
Run structured conversations using talk tracks, not scripts
Identify real business pain tied to scale, clarity, and control
Handle objections with confidence and credibility
Book meetings that convert — not calendar spam
Work in-office with leadership to refine messaging and approach
Qualification
Required
2+ years of outbound SDR or cold calling experience
Proven ability to book qualified meetings
Comfortable speaking with executives
Coachable, curious, and disciplined
CRM experience required
Must be in-office in Tampa
