Conduct annual reviews to identify capital needs
Oversee capital expenditures for construction and development
Schedule and complete site visits for facility assessments
Provide written condition reports to leadership
Manage capital projects with defined scope and budget
Review bids and make purchasing recommendations
Provide oversight of Information Technology functions
Collaborate on technology budgeting and system upgrades
Supervise and support Asset Managers
Develop manuals and documentation for asset management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
Minimum five years of experience in asset management
Multi-site leadership experience preferred
Experience managing large-scale capital budgets
Strong knowledge of asset lifecycle management
Advanced financial acumen
Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
Proven collaboration with leadership and teams
Proficiency with asset management systems
Preferred
Experience with capital tracking tools
Knowledge of reporting platforms
Familiarity with cybersecurity and data protection
