Inside Sales Representative
Spencer Rigby is proud to partner with Axena Health, a high growth Women’s Health startup on a mission to transform a long overlooked area of care: pelvic floor disorders. We’re seeking a Digital Sales Representative to drive the adoption of Leva, Axena’s breakthrough digital therapy, across Texas, owning the full sales cycle and building meaningful provider relationships in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
Own and expand a Texas based territory through high impact virtual provider engagement
Create lasting provider partnerships through calls, video, and digital-first strategies
Lead provider education on Leva® and guide adoption from first conversation to long-term use
Keep deals moving by tracking activity, follow-ups, and next steps
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless provider experience
Travel up to 10% annually for conferences and select face-to-face provider interactions
Qualification
Required
2–3+ years in inside sales, account management, or customer-facing roles
Strong communicator with a relationship-first mindset
Proactive, organized, and energized by fast-moving environments
Interested in healthcare and excited to learn
Creative with digital outreach and virtual engagement tools
Preferred
HCP experience preferred
