Hands-on experience with Cognos Analytics (11.0.X)
Be proficient in Multidimensional modeling using Cognos Transformer, Cube Designer
Experience creating relational models in Cognos Framework Manager
Proficient in report authoring
Experience creating dashboards and visualizations
Good understanding of ETL concepts
Proficient in using MDX functions
Cognos Administration experience
Experience in Cognos BI configuration, administration and environment troubleshooting with Cognos Analytics
Experience with relational databases such as DB or Oracle
Ability to effectively interpret and analyze data
Ability to work independently and also collaboratively with others to achieve defined goals
Strong analytical skills and passion for solving important business problems
