Responsibilities
Support Client Engagement with CRM Data, Tools, and Insights
Support Client Engagement with Direct Marketing and Clienteling
Assist with reporting and insights
Assist with data quality management activities
Assist with email marketing validations and requests
Assist with clienteling campaigns, pulling client lists and asset requests
Assist with troubleshooting for Luce application
Ad-hoc seasonal projects + support on in-store activations as needed
Qualification
Required
Detail-oriented and task-driven
Mandatory proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Basic SQL skills or interest a plus
Positive and proactive attitude
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Superb analytical and communication skills
Strong time management and organizational skills
Able to work in our NYC corporate office
Able to receive academic credit
Available 24 hours a week
Students MUST be able to receive academic credit for this paid internship
