Responsibilities
Enter, maintain, review, and process customer, differential, and item WAC pricing
Work closely with Legal, Sales, and Data Management teams to ensure accurate pricing implementation and resolve escalations
Assist in creating new pricing procedures and protocols to reduce risk and enhance financial outcomes
Develop reports and analytical tools to monitor pricing, identify trends, and support strategic decisions
Drive initiatives that improve pricing accuracy, streamline workflows, and strengthen relationships with internal and external partners
Review and process Non-Vendor Supply Agreements and MCFs
Implement and maintain customer pricing aligned with agreements
Investigate and resolve complex pricing issues across multiple business units
Partner with Legal to standardize pricing language in contracts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, BI, Rebates, Accounting, etc.) to implement improvements
Develop stable processes for ongoing pricing monitoring and reporting
Qualification
Required
2+ years in pricing, data management, or contract analytics
Bachelor's degree
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
Proficiency in SAP
Proficiency in Vistex
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Advanced problem-solving and root cause analysis
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions
