Planning and Programming Unit Supervisor - Transp Prog Supervisor Sr
The Minnesota Department of Transportation is responsible for developing policies and providing essential services to improve the well-being of Minnesotans. The Planning and Programming Unit Supervisor will supervise staff in delivering coordinated transit plans and research, ensuring alignment with statewide transit goals and conducting data-driven evaluations.

Qualification
Required
Three years of professional supervisory (supervising professional employees) experience OR four years of advanced professional experience
Experience with transportation planning and/or program management methodologies, including developing transportation plans, performance measurement, and project or program budget planning
Experience coordinating with external stakeholders
Experience with state and federal transit laws, regulations, and guidance
Experience working as a project leader or lead worker
Preferred
Experience with state and federal transportation funding programs
Experience with administering grant solicitations and management
Experience working with or providing work direction on analytical and statistical data tools and database software programs
