Low Voltage Technician

Wallace William LLC is looking for multiple Structured Cabling and Low Voltage Technicians to work on large new and existing construction projects. The role involves pulling and installing various types of cabling and data equipment, as well as running security wiring.

Responsibilities

Pulls Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6a cables and fiber optic cabling systems
Installation of data equipment, including data racks, patch panels, cable trays, high level understanding of IDF, MDF build outs
Experience with jack and patch panel terminations
Utilizes appropriate testing equipment to test installed cables
Run security wiring and installation of CCTV and Access Control Panels

Qualification

OSHA 30 certificationLow voltage hand toolsSST certification

Required

Must have all your low voltage hand tools and PPE Gear
Must have your OSHA 30 and SST
