Support business development, proposals, and growth of existing client accounts
Stay active in regional industry organizations and provide market insights
Qualification
Required
PE Certification
Water Treatment project experience
Bachelor's in engineering, construction management, or related field
7+ years engineering experience (10+ preferred); 3+ years project management
Strong communication, leadership, problem‑solving, and client‑management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
Ability to work effectively in fast‑paced, multi‑discipline teams
Key Technical Skills: Water treatment facility design (primary), pump station design
