Accion Labs US, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst with strong real estate domain experience to work onsite with business stakeholders. The candidate will gather requirements, document processes, and support solution delivery for real estate applications.

Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements (BRD/FRD/user stories)
Work with stakeholders on real estate processes (leasing, property management, asset management)
Act as a bridge between business and technical teams
Support UAT and stakeholder reviews

Required

Real estate domain experience (mandatory)
Proven experience as a Business Analyst
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Experience with Agile/Waterfall methodologies
This position requires a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field of study

Preferred

Experience with any real estate systems. Yardi preferred (Yardi, MRI, SAP RE-FX, Oracle)
Prior onsite or client-facing experience
