Responsibilities

Define the technical architecture that transforms our proven workflows into a modular, reusable platform - including data strategy, API design principles, and AI service integration
Establish standards for quality and testing that allow our hybrid onshore/offshore team to maintain high quality and sustainable delivery velocity
Partner with our Director of InfoSec to ensure platform architecture supports SOC 2, HIPAA, and FedRAMP requirements
Recruit and mentor the senior leadership layer needed to support a world-class engineering culture

Required

5+ years in senior leadership (VP/Director). You have led engineering through the transition from high-growth startup to enterprise platform
Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, SaaS architecture, and API design. You're comfortable reviewing technical designs and making architectural tradeoffs
Experience in GovTech, HealthTech, or FinTech. You understand how to build high-performance software within strict compliance constraints
You balance the 'ideal' architectural state with the immediate needs of a fast-growing business and its customers
