Responsibilities
Collaborate with remote scrum teams to refine user stories and participate in sprint planning, estimation, gap analysis, and feasibility assessments
Partner with technical leads and architects to define high-level system design, solution architecture, and technical documentation
Lead and execute custom Salesforce development including Apex classes & triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, OmniScripts, and Data Cloud solutions
Design and implement integrations using REST and GraphQL APIs, ensuring secure, scalable, and reliable data exchange
Develop and optimize Salesforce data models, ensuring alignment with business requirements and platform best practices
Write and maintain Apex test classes to ensure a minimum of 75% code coverage and overall code quality
Perform source control activities including code commits, merges, conflict resolution, and release management support
Participate in peer reviews, code reviews, production support, bug fixes, testing, deployments, and documentation
Actively engage in all Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, JAD sessions, reviews, and retrospectives in a remote environment
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers as needed
Qualification
Required
10+ years of Salesforce development experience, with strong expertise in building and supporting enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions
Hands-on experience with Salesforce FSC, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), OmniScript, Flows, and Data Cloud
Proven experience with REST and GraphQL integrations and enterprise system connectivity
Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, performance tuning, and governance
Excellent problem-solving abilities with a track record of translating complex business needs into technical solutions
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fully remote, cross-functional environment
Highly self-motivated, results-oriented professional with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and urgency
Ability to work independently while thriving in a fast-paced, agile delivery model
