Responsibilities
Achieve set revenue goals and targets for the Region & Vertical markets
Supervise & Support full team of Territory Managers and A&D reps. in the efforts to create higher levels of brand awareness, increase sales volume, and drive profitability
Develop and execute a strong and focused strategic/business market plan for growth and profitability
Develop individuals on the team, team building, recruit and retain
Develop strong lasting relationships with dealer principles, Key DSR’s and Key influencers in the Region that will cultivate mutually profitable outcomes
Enforce accountability to Territory Managers day to day duties, reports, activities, etc
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience or military equivalent
5+ years of successful sales leadership experience in the furniture industry
Bilingual in English and Spanish required
Managing a team of 7+ in multiple locations
Travel – willing to travel 50%+ of the time, on an as needed basis
Candidate must reside in the South Florida area
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and presentation skills with internal and external clients
Strong multi-tasking skills
