Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
Translate requirements into workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Support workflow solutions using Appian and/or OpenText platforms
Analyze current-state and future-state business processes (BPMN)
Work closely with developers, architects, and QA teams across the SDLC
Support UAT, deployments, and post-production activities
Identify process improvement and automation opportunities

Required

3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Workflow Analyst
Hands-on experience with Appian, OpenText, or similar BPM/workflow tools

Experience with workflow automation and case management solutions
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

Appian or OpenText certifications
Experience with low-code/no-code platforms
Agile/Scrum experience
Exposure to integrations, SQL, or data analysis
