Responsibilities
Lead core accounting operations across multiple functional areas, ensuring accuracy and consistency in day-to-day financial activities
Deliver clear, reliable financial reporting in alignment with established accounting standards
Produce and maintain financial reports that support leadership decision-making and business oversight
Serve as the primary point of coordination for external reviews and audits, working closely with outside firms and internal stakeholders
Oversee financial planning cycles, including budget development and performance tracking against plan
Monitor regulatory adherence and ensure financial practices meet applicable legal and compliance requirements
Support the design and refinement of internal processes to strengthen controls and operational efficiency
Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance on active initiatives and project-based work
Perform forward-looking financial analysis to support planning, forecasting, and resource allocation
Contribute to broader organizational planning efforts and long-term financial objectives
Guide, coach, and develop accounting team members
Take on additional responsibilities as directed by executive leadership
Qualification
Required
Experience in a similar role, or significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
